desktop-file-translations/update-desktop-files-mimelnk is a set of translations, that allows to completely translate the all mimelnk files (deprecated MIME definitions), even if the upstream does not support desktop translation or translation is incomplete. Its benefit/cost ratio is very low, especially because there is no easy way to upstream translations, and mimelnk is now being rendered obsolete by MIME-info.
