Most components are locked, as its translation is a waste of time. There is an undergoing discussion about fate of this project. Due to the huge amount of packages and limited human power, full translation cannot be achieved during the whole 21st century. The 20 years of effort, and less than 10% of the translation is finished in all languages (except Catalan that reached 53%). So it's recommended to only translate the patterns.

The translation is temporarily closed for contributions due to maintenance, please come back later.
